I was born and raised outside of Detroit, and I am excited to now return to my wife’s hometown of Grand Rapids. Together, we look forward to making this wonderful, strong, and compassionate community our home.

I am a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. I completed my undergraduate studies in human physiology before attending Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where I graduated with honors, ranked at the top of my class, and was inducted into Sigma Sigma Phi, the national osteopathic honor society. I then completed my dermatology residency and Mohs fellowship at Trinity Health in Ann Arbor, where I also served as chief resident.

Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to advancing the field of dermatology. I am an associate member of both the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the American College of Mohs Surgery. I have authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals such as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, in addition to contributing textbook chapters and collaborating extensively with the AAD on educational publications. My fellowship training provided me with expertise not only in skin cancer treatment, but also in facial reconstruction, scar management, and cosmetic procedures. My cosmetic philosophy emphasizes enhancing natural beauty to achieve subtle yet meaningful results.

I have a beautiful wife and daughter. Outside of medicine, I enjoy running, golfing, pickleball, cooking, and spending time with my family exploring local eateries and community events.
